Description
Colt Defender 45 ACP
The 1911 Colt Defender pistol with aluminum frame; black cherry G-10 grips; 3” stainless steel barrel; forged stainless steel slide; Novak front & rear sights; 3-hole aluminum trigger; manual (thumb), beavertail grip, & firing pin safety; 7-round magazine; and cerakote matte stainless finish.
If you’re in the market for a carry-ready 1911 in a compact size, look no further than the Colt Defender 45 pistol.
It comes outfitted with a lightweight aluminum frame wearing a matte stainless steel finish; black cherry G-10 grips that are noticeably tactile; a forged stainless steel slide serrated at the rear for positive finger traction; a 3-hole aluminum trigger; a thumb safety; a firing pin safety; and an upswept beavertail safety that makes the small Colt Defender very comfortable to shoot.
Overall, this pistol looks as good as it shoots and conceals. A pair of genuine Novak sights, including a white dot front, and a low mount carry rear one, have been included as well to ensure fast and easy target engagement with the Defender Colt pistol.
The 3-inch barrel is made of stainless steel just like the slide, and is chambered for the hard-hitting .45 ACP ammunition. Rounding out the Colt 45 Defender package is a magazine of 7 rounds.
