It is outfitted with a Mil-Spec stamped receiver fully heat-treated for durability; a 16-inch, chrome-lined barrel with 24×1.5 RH threads for mounting compatible muzzle devices; a black polymer buttstock that is fixed; black polymer, Mil-Spec upper and lower hand guards with a heat shield; and a polymer pistol grip that provides a firm purchase on the Riley Defense RAK 74.
An extended magazine release easily accessed by shooters with smaller hands; a machined scope side mount rail; adjustable front and rear sights for fast target acquisition; a bolt hold open safety lever for safe and reliable operation; a 90-degree gas block; and a bayonet lug, are the crowning features of this rifle.
