Description
The Smith & Wesson Governor revolver puts six rounds of customizable response under your control. This tri-fire 6-shot wheel gun is purpose-built to feed .410 2.5″ shotshells, .45 ACP via moon clips, or .45 Colt (Long Colt) – alone or in any combination – giving you real flexibility for personal protection and sport shooting.
Built on S&W’s compact Z-Frame in Matte Silver Scandium alloy, the Governor pairs a lightweight frame with a 2.75″ stainless steel barrel and a stainless cylinder for corrosion-resistant durability. Black finger-grooved polymer grips fill the hand, while the black ramp front sight and fixed rear deliver a simple, snag-free sight picture. The double-action/single-action action runs through an exposed hammer for deliberate single-action fire when you want it.
This *MA Compliant Governor ships from S&W with the accessories needed to run .45 ACP right out of the box: (2) 6-round and (3) 2-round moon clips. Total weight is 30.30 oz with an overall length of 8.50″, giving the Governor a compact footprint that carries comfortably while still packing six rounds of your chosen payload.
