Features
The Ruger Red Label III is a refined, purpose‑built over/under shotgun crafted for upland hunters, clay shooters, and sportsmen who demand reliability, balance, and classic styling. Chambered in 20 gauge with a 3″ chamber, it features a precision‑machined alloy steel receiver with a hand‑fitted locking system that ensures a tight, consistent lockup—even after thousands of rounds. The 30″ blued alloy steel barrels are brazed and topped with a matted vent rib, delivering excellent pointability and smooth target transitions.
The satin‑finished walnut stock offers a neutral cast and measures 14 5/8″ x 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″, with fine 24 LPI checkering for a secure, elegant grip. A single‑stage inertia trigger, tang safety, and bead sight provide intuitive operation in the field or on the range. The shotgun accepts Tru‑Choke tubes and includes a full set—Skeet, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full—making it adaptable for upland game, skeet, sporting clays, and waterfowl.
Capable of firing both 2 3/4″ and 3″ shells, the Red Label III combines classic craftsmanship with modern performance. It ships in a premium custom case for protection and secure transport.
