Description
The Spyderco Bug (model C133P) is the smallest folder in the Spyderco lineup – a micro-sized slipjoint folding knife built to ride on a keychain or lanyard and still deliver a real cutting edge. Despite its tiny footprint, the Bug is a fully functional cutter that’s impressively sharp out of the box and a charming everyday carry piece.
The blade measures 1.27″ of 3Cr13MoV stainless steel in a classic drop point profile with a satin finish and a flat grind. It’s PlainEdge and opens via Spyderco’s signature Round Hole – much easier to deploy than a traditional nail nick, especially on a knife this small.
The handle is stainless steel engraved with the Spyderco Bug pattern, giving the flat surface a clean look while leaving room for additional custom engraving or embellishment. A lanyard hole at the butt end is sized to thread a chain through for neck carry or to slip the Bug onto a key ring. Closed length is 1.63″, overall length is 2.90″, and the whole knife weighs just 0.40 oz.
The Bug uses a slipjoint (non-locking) mechanism and is made in China. Whether as a thoughtful gift, a keychain companion, or a backup blade that quietly lives on your keys until you actually need it, the Spyderco Bug delivers real Spyderco cutting performance in the most pocketable package they make.
