Description
The A-Zoom 12228 Rifle Snap Caps are precision dummy rounds chambered in .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO, purpose-built for safe dry-fire practice, trigger tuning, and smooth bolt cycling drills. Each round is CNC-machined from solid aluminum to exact cartridge dimensions and finished with a hard-anodized coating for smooth functioning and long service life.
A-Zoom’s proprietary “Dead Cap” design is rated to withstand over 3,000 dry fires while protecting your rifle’s firing pin from impact damage. These dummy rounds function like live ammunition for loading, ejecting, and cycling practice without the noise, cost, or wear of actual fire. Sold as a 2-pack, they are an essential training tool for any .308 Winchester or 7.62 NATO rifle shooter looking to practice at home or tune a trigger pull.
