The Athlon Optics Helos BTR Gen2 4-20×50 Rifle Scope is aversatile scope with high-quality construction engineered for best results atmedium and long ranges. It uses a 30mm aircraft-grade aluminum one piece tubethat is heat treated to provide increased durability, and it has a 50mmobjective lens.
The scope is shockproof, waterproof, and argon purged, whichgives it better fogproofing than scopes which use lesser methods. It uses XPLprotective coating on its advanced fully-multicoated lenses for improvedprotection from oil and dirt, which helps provide clean and well-defined viewsin the toughest conditions.
The Athlon Optics Helos BRT Gen2 4-20×50 offers exposedlocking turrets that prevent accidental movement, in addition to a precisionzero stop for the elevation turret. Both turrets have 10 MIL adjustments perrevolution with 0.1 MIL increments per click, and the elevation turret adjustsin a range of 32 MIL, and the windage turret adjusts in a range of 25 MIL.
The APRS6 FFP (first focal plane) MIL reticle uses etchedglass for visibility and has crosshairs with hash marks that extend in alldirections, as well as a Christmas tree with holdover markings on the bottom.Variable brightness illumination can be activated to light up the crosshairsand the holdover portion of the reticle.
