One of the unique features of the DISSENT series is the compact action paired with a direct impingement system, removing the need for a buffer system. Thanks to this innovative feature, the MK47 CMMG Dissent – which is equipped by default with CMMG’s DISSENT folding stock -can be used either with a folding or collapsible stock. Bear in mind that the stock on this rifle offers 8 length-of-pull positions, 3 cheek height positions, and 3 QD sling sockets; it also folds to the side for easy transport.
If you’re looking to shoot suppressed or just fine-tune your rifle to your preferred ammo, the CMMG Dissent MK47 boasts an adjustable gas block which allows you to dial in the gas system exactly to your taste.
Also featured is a compact action and recoil system sporting a forward-mounted, non-reciprocating side charging handle, switchable to either the left or right side, for quick and easy manipulation without coming off target; a 15-inch aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots for quick and easy attachment of a wide variety of M-LOK compatible accessories such as lights, bi-pods, etc.; a top Picatinny rail which offers provides enough room for mounting accessories; and more.
