The Folts Minimalist fixed blade knife with 5Cr15MoV stainless steel, tanto blade; plain blade edge; bead-blast blade finish; green/black Micarta® handles; braided fob; glass-filled nylon sheath; and neck paracord.
A member of the Minimalist family of knives by Alan Folts, a designer and dedicated custom knife instructor with over 20 years’ experience, the CRKT 2386 offers the same great value you’d expect.
It comes ready for action with a 2.125″ Tanto blade which shape makes it very strong due to the strong central spine of metal that extends nearly to the tip. The blade on this Minimalist version also has a straight Razor-Sharp front edge for push cutting, and a concave main edge which feeds material into the edge for fast cutting.
The CRKT Minimalist fixed blade knife features in addition, green/black Micarta® handles with three finger choils for a rock solid grip, and a braided fob at the tip of the handle for extra grip security.
As a neck knife, this Minimalist knife comes with a custom-fitted glass filled nylon sheath that features a neck paracord for inverted carry, and the knife is held securely in place by a positive detent which locks the base of the blade in place for maximum safety.
Lightweight in every respect, this knife is a personal carry you will barely notice.
