The DDM4 V7 features a 16-inch Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel; CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers; a pinned low profile, mid-length, direct impingement gas system; a Daniel Defense MFR 15.0 CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum handguard with M-Lok attachment points; a buttstock and pistol grip, both made of glass-filled polymer with soft touch overmolding; an M16 profile bolt carrier group; as well as a GEN II Muzzle Climb Mitigator and Geisselle SD3G Trigger for a very smooth pull and quick, precise shooting.
Another unique upgrade to this rifle is the Ergo Wedgelok rail panel inserts which allow for a better grip on the handguard.
The Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 Mil Spec is finished in Daniel Defense’s proprietary Mil-Spec and Cerakote finish, and ships with (1) 32-round magazine, a cable lock, and an owner’s manual.
