Geissele URG-I Complete Upper
The Geissele URG-I Near Clone Upper Receiver with 10.3” cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel; Geissele reliability enhanced BCG; Geissele stress-proof bolt; 9.3” SMR MK16 rail; carbine length gas system; Geissele super gas block; airborne charging handle; SureFire SF4P 4-prong flash hider; and black/desert dirt color.
The Geissele URG-I Upper is a near-clone upper receiver group currently going into service with USASOC.
Its 10.3-inch, Government profile, CMV (Chrome Moly Vanadium) barrel is chambered in 5.56mm, has a twist of 1/7, and sports a SureFire SF4P, 4 prong flash hider muzzle device. It is also cold-hammer-forged, chrome lined, and coated with manganese phosphate for maximum protection against corrosion and wear.
To make it dependable in adverse conditions as well as less ammo sensitive, this Mil-Spec M4 Upper Receiver Assembly is also equipped with a carbine gas system. More features include a Geissele Super .750 low-profile, pinned gas block (Bombproof Installation); a DDC Geissele airborne charging handle; a Geissele SMR MK16, DDC, 9.3″ rail; and a Geissele reliability enhanced bolt carrier group (BCG).
A Super 42 Braided Wire Buffer Spring and an H3 Buffer Combo are included in this USASOC URGI Complete Upper receiver package.
