The KaBar 1480 Knife with AUS-8A stainless steel, drop point blade; plain blade edge; black blade color; hollow blade grind; 2.3” blade length; black Zytel handle; black GFN sheath; 5.63” overall length; and 0.2 lb weight.
The Ka Bar TDI Law Enforcement Knife is designed by John Benner, founder and owner of Tactical Defense Institute, and offered as a “last option” knife which comes in handy in extreme close quarters encounters where a suspect is attempting to take an officer’s handgun, or an officer cannot access his handgun.
