As part of their new 2017 Walt’s Classic series, Latama offers the Brazilian Black Horn Knife.
With perfection as the goal, this dagger was created with no shortcuts taken, and features a handsome Brazilian horn handle, a 440C half grind blade that is much thicker than usual, a hefty 5 mm back spring, and two 1 mm thick brass liners. The stiletto blade deploys fast and dead center with solid lock up you can hear and feel, and is sandwiched between the liners.
The user-friendly, solid nickel silver bolsters make it easier for the blade on the Latama Classic 28CM Brazilian Black Horn to be released; and for the first time ever the blade is graced with the classic Latama over Italy and Walt’s stylized cat tang stamps.
Constructed in traditional Italian design by Maniago artisans who used premium raw materials, and featuring components all held together with solid brass pins in the traditional fashion, the Latama Brazilian Black Horn is a without a doubt, a pure Italian switchblade.
