The LWRC IC-DI Individual Carbine brings the same craftsmanship and design excellence that LWRC puts into every firearm to a true direct-impingement 5.56x45mm NATO AR-platform rifle. Built from the ground up to be more than just another DI carbine, the IC-DI delivers the quality every rifle shooter demands with the innovation LWRC is known for. The proprietary keyless bolt carrier design and a time-tested operating system make the IC-DI a refined addition to the LWRC line, and the ambidextrous lower receiver is fully compatible with the rest of the IC family, so the rifle can be upgraded to LWRC’s flagship piston-driven IC just by swapping the upper.
This Individual Carbine is built around a 16.10″ cold hammer forged spiral fluted barrel with a 1:7″ twist and a threaded muzzle, ready for the muzzle device or suppressor of your choice. The barrel nut and free-float M-LOK handguard are finished in black hard coat anodized, giving the upper excellent long-term durability and a flexible platform for lights, lasers, bipods, and other accessories. The receiver is machined from aluminum, and the adjustable stock lets you dial in length of pull to fit your shooting style.
At 6.60 lbs unloaded with an overall length of 32″ to 35.25″, the IC-DI is a compact, maneuverable carbine well suited to home defense, duty, or recreational shooting. The standard AR-15 magazine well accepts a 30+1 capacity magazine, and the optics-ready top rail with no factory iron sights lets you mount the red dot, holographic, or low-power variable optic you prefer. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, this is a complete semi-auto rifle ready to run.
