Description
Magpul MBUS 3 Front Sight
The Magpul Flip Up Front Sight with impact-resistant polymer construction; black color; spring-loaded technology; ambidextrous deployment button; 0.47” folded height; 1.38” width; and 25g weight.
The MBUS 3 incorporates the best features, strengths and value of Magpul’s original MBUS and MBUS Pro Sights in a feature-packed back-up sight system, and is the next evolution in their MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) line.
Sitting at just 0.47 inches high when folded, 1.38 inches at its widest point, and weighing a scant 25 grams with hardware, this sight is significantly more compact than the MBUS. The MBUS 3 Front Sight features the aesthetics of the MBUS Pro, as well as the same spring-loaded technology as its predecessor, and can be deployed using a push-button that is ambidextrous for right or left-handed user convenience.
When deployed, the MBUS 3 Magpul Sight sits at standard AR-height and includes tool-less elevation adjustment of a dual width enhanced front post similar to the MBUS Pro. Made in the USA using Magpul’s impact-resistant polymer, it is lightweight and extremely durable.
*NOTE: Cannot be mounted to a railed gas block due to excess heat issues. Front MBUS must be mounted to a railed forend on the same plane as the receiver rail. Because of this the sight is also not compatible with MOE Hand Guards.
