Description
The Mec-Gar MGCG4507B is a 7-round replacement magazine for the Colt 1911 Government chambered in 45 ACP. Built around a heat-treated carbon steel tube with a corrosion-resistant blued finish, this magazine is engineered for smooth, reliable feeding in standard full-size 1911 Government pistols.
Internally, the MGCG4507B uses a heat-treated stamped steel follower and a high-tensile music wire spring for consistent cycling under recoil. Numbered witness holes along the side let you confirm round count at a glance, and a flush-fitting base plate keeps the magazine profile compact in the grip for a standard 7-round 1911 loadout.
Designed as a direct drop-in replacement magazine for the Colt 1911 Government in 45 ACP, this detachable magazine installs without fitting and delivers the durable, long-wearing construction that range shooters, trainers, and 1911 owners look for in a service magazine.
