Description
The Mec-Gar Para Ordnance P14 is a factory-spec .45 ACP detachable pistol magazine built to feed and function reliably in your Para-Ordnance P-14 pistol. Designed and manufactured by Mec-Gar, one of the most respected OEM and aftermarket magazine makers in the industry, this 14-round mag brings extended capacity and proven construction to the classic Para-Ordnance double-stack platform.
The magazine tube is formed from heat-treated carbon steel for strength and dimensional stability, finished in a deep blued coating that resists corrosion and matches traditional blued pistol finishes. An anti-friction coating on the body helps rounds slide smoothly during loading and reduces wear on feed lips over time. Inside, a high-impact polymer follower keeps pressure on the cartridge stack for consistent feeding, and the high-impact polymer floor plate drops free cleanly and sits flush with the bottom of the pistol frame when seated.
This magazine is specifically engineered for the Para-Ordnance P14 pattern and is also compatible with double-stack .45 ACP pistols sharing that footprint, including the 1911 A2 and ARMSCOR / Rock Island double-stack pistols chambered in .45 ACP. With 14 rounds of capacity, it provides a meaningful bump over standard single-stack magazines, making it well suited for range sessions, training, and home-defense use.
Mec-Gar manufactures magazines to exacting tolerances, and this P14 mag delivers the smooth loading, reliable feeding, and long service life the brand is known for – an easy upgrade or replacement for any Para-Ordnance P14 owner.
