Description
Original German NATO 7.62 x 51 belts for MG1, MG3, Steyr 74 as well as 308/7.62 converted MG34s and MG42s.
THESE HAVE SOME MINOR TO MODERATE RUST SPOTS BUT ARE PERFECTLY USEABLE. THE LAST CARTRIDGE HOLDER IS BENT ON THESE BELTS DUE TO THE BOLT CLOSING ON THE BELT AFTER THE LAST SHOT.
German 7.62 NATO belts work for both 8mm and 7.62 NATO
Belt Info:
- German 7.62 NATO belts work for both 8mm and 7.62 NATO
- Pre-1941 German solid / loose-type belts work or both 8mm and 7.62 NATO
- Late-War “low friction” Pattern and Yugo 8mm belts work for 8mm. The 7.62 NATO case is slightly larger than the 8mm case, so these belt tend to hold 7.62 NATO ammo too tight.
