Description
The Pro-Shot MP12 Bore Mop is a 100% cotton shotgun cleaning swab with a brass core, built for fast, effective bore cleaning on 10, 12, and 16 gauge shotguns. The mop threads onto any standard cleaning rod with a 5/16-27 male thread, the common American shotgun pattern, and offers a compact 1.75″ working length ideal for quick swabbing between rounds or full bore lubrication sessions.
Made from premium cotton wrapped around a solid brass core, the MP12 is designed for repeated use. A drop of oil on the mop creates a foaming action that helps work lubricant into the bore, while the brass core provides the rigidity needed to push the mop smoothly through the barrel. The result is a clean, lightly oiled bore ready for storage or the next range session.
Pro-Shot builds the MP12 to a high quality construction standard so the mop holds its shape during routine cleaning. It is a go-to tool for trap shooters and sporting clays competitors who want a reliable swab for fast field cleaning, and it is fully eco-friendly thanks to its natural cotton construction. Sold as a single mop.
