Its 22″ spiral‑fluted stainless‑steel barrel is threaded and paired with a radial muzzle brake, enhancing control and reducing recoil, while the 1:10 twist rate is tuned for consistent performance with a wide range of .30‑06 bullet weights. A tough Burnt Bronze Cerakote finish protects both the barrel and alloy‑steel receiver, which comes equipped with a Pic rail for straightforward optic mounting.
This rifle’s green‑splatter synthetic stock features a cheek riser, recoil pad, and an adjustable 12″–13.75″ length of pull, giving shooters a customizable and stable shooting platform. Feeding from AICS‑pattern magazines with a 4‑round capacity, the rifle incorporates a three‑position safety and the crisp Ruger Marksman trigger for confident control in the field or at the range. Measuring 43.25″ overall and weighing 6.5 lb, the American Gen II delivers a balanced, accurate, and versatile .30‑06 system suited for hunting and precision‑minded shooters alike.
