•• With the rear shoulders removed from the extensions, the buffer tube does not need to be removed to change extensions.
The Steel Extension is the heavier extension for lower rates. This is typically used with the 45 and 7.62 setups. It can also be used with the 9mm setup but only with ‘hot’ ammo and/or suppressed setups with more blowback energy.
